Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Contact our Customer Support at 03084413086 with your order number.

Provide photos of the item (if damaged or defective).

We will send you return instructions and an RMA number.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for size or color replacements only, subject to availability.

If the exchanged item is more expensive, you will be notified of the price difference.

If the replacement is lower in value, we will refund the price difference.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as Fashion Colony is not liable for lost return packages.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact (03084413086) customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos of the damage or error.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
